Commit to a NEW YOU

Everyone I know wants to put 2020 in the rear-view mirror.

If you want 2021 to be different, then I encourage you to—BE DIFFERENT.

The first place to start is by learning to make commitments.

Leaders make commitments, not resolutions.

Many people make big, lofty resolutions every year, and by the third week of January, those same people begin making excuses.

Become one of the few who discipline themselves to change versus one of the many who just talk about it.

What type of leader are you willing to commit to becoming?

The “old you” is a person of the past. The “new you” is creating the future.

Every day, you get a second chance at life. Every day is the beginning of a new year for you.

Having a different experience starts with a choice—a conscious commitment—to yourself.

To celebrate the new year, I’m sharing why I make commitments, not resolutions, as a bonus episode of my weekly thought leadership series. Happy New Year!
