My leadership philosophy is rooted in continuous learning, meaningful relationships, and a pursuit of excellence. At LXU, we believe every leader is a teacher; to be a great teacher, one must first become a great student.

We also believe leaders are role models; no leader can effectively lead others unless they first learn to lead themselves.

And we passionately believe that leadership isn’t just about driving results—it’s about developing other leaders.

I am a family guy first!

I’m happily married to my best friend, and together, we have three amazing (now grown) kids. Our “fam-squad” loves adventure—being outdoors, traveling, and sharing experiences with close friends.

I drive a Jeep (mostly on weekends) because it’s fun. I’m an Apple guy because it works. And I love a fine bottle of red because, well—it makes me happy.

I journal—a lot. My daily commitment to quiet time has profoundly shaped both my personal and professional life. I believe every leader should develop this non-negotiable ritual.

I take my relationships seriously. Those who know me—know me well. I believe in showing up for people and being in it for the long haul.
