I’m Jim Riviello My friends call me Riv!
Those who know me know that I am on a personal mission to have a positive and meaningful impact on a million or more people before my time in earth school is over. I would love for you to join me on this mission.
Every leader is a teacher and to be a great teacher, one must first become a great student.
Leaders are role models and no leader can effectively lead others unless they first learn to lead themselves.
I believe every leader has a responsibility to be a Growth Champion!
Leadership is Earned
By serving, coaching, and empowering others!
I’m a family guy first!
I am happily married to my best friend, and together, we have three amazing kids (all grown). Our fam squad loves to do stuff—together.
We love being outdoors, traveling, and sharing experiences with close friends.
I drive a Jeep (mostly on weekends) because it’s fun. I am an Apple guy because it works. And I love a fine bottle of red because it makes me happy.
I journal—a lot! In fact, my daily commitment to quiet time has changed my life, both professionally and personally. I encourage all leaders to develop this practice.
I take my relationships seriously. Those who know me—know me well. I’m in it for the long haul and pride myself in being there for others when they need me. If you’re similar, let’s connect!
Definition of Success
“Success to me is measured by peace and happiness.
It’s showing up and being the person I want to be on a daily basis.
It begins with my spiritual relationship with God.
It’s about being the kind of husband my wife would marry again,
the father our kids are proud to introduce their friends to,
the leader others want to follow, and
the kind of man I would want as a friend.
To me, this is SUCCESS!”
Freedom to Experiment
Most leaders are so fixated on getting results that they ignore the process required to get there and the tools available to support their journey. But the truth of the matter is that getting results is a game of progress, not perfection. And the only way for you and your team to make meaningful progress is if you have the freedom to experiment.
There Must Be A Better Way
Life is about change. So many times we get caught up thinking things or situations are bad, when in reality, they are all good. Jim Riviello’s story is about meaningful change that you can achieve in every area of your life.
