Have you ever found yourself wanting another vacation before you’ve even finished unpacking from the last one?

The whole point of a vacation is to relax and relieve stress, but all too often, we need a vacation after our vacation to recover from our time off. It’s time to change that.

Many people I know are beginning to make plans for a long 4th of July weekend and other exotic vacations this summer. This time of year, it’s a topic on everyone’s mind.

Imagine being able to get away and really enjoy yourself.

Imagine being able to have a stress-free vacation, and more importantly, a graceful re-entry upon your return.

So many people think this is out of reach. It’s not.

With summer approaching, others are reaching out and asking for advice on how they too can recharge their energy. These are high-performers just like you. However, the one thing that stresses them out is leaving the office for an extended period of time because they fear what might happen while they are away or what they will walk back into when they return.

I am very passionate about this topic. Time away is important for me—time to spend with my family and friends, and time to reconnect with my inner soul.

There is so much I want to say on this topic that I decided to record an episode of my Getting Results podcast on this.
