Empower your team to ACT

Do you give your team the opportunity to assume more responsibility?

Or do you keep telling yourself that they aren’t ready yet?

Effective leaders have the ability to get results through others. They are willing to exercise their leadership in such a way that their team is empowered to make decisions, share information, and try new approaches.

It’s frustrating when you think you are doing these things yet you still feel like no one listens to you and if they are, you wonder why they aren’t executing the way you prefer.

Or stream it on your favorite podcast platform! It’s episode 134 of the Getting Results podcast: How to Empower Your Team as a Leader.  It’s available on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcast, Spotify, and others.
