Leaders See the Unseen

The most effective leaders are aware of their actions and the actions of others

They have the ability to see the unseen.

Why is this important?

It helps them navigate daily challenges with ease and grace.

Too many people have a tendency to go through life oblivious to the many events happening around them. Consider how many times you attend a meeting and rarely notice that someone is struggling or a valued employee resigns and you just didn’t see it coming.

I want to help you begin the process of building your awareness muscle. The easiest way to start is by becoming a conscious observer—of your own thoughts, actions, and behaviors.

The more you build your awareness muscle, the stronger you become as a leader—and the more productive you and your team become.

Watch this week’s video to find out how you can become more self-aware—and in turn, a more effective leader.
