Leaders Adjust the Sails

How we respond to adversity is far more important than the adversity itself.
We all have moments when, in spite of our best efforts, things don’t go the way we want.
When you are trying to do something of value, it is inevitable that sooner or later you are going to come face-to-face with adversity. Regardless of the best laid plans, conditions change. When this happens, there is a tendency for the negative side of a situation to dominate our daily thoughts.

“It is the set of the sails, not the direction of the wind
that determines which way we will go.”
~Jim Rohn.
