Consider how many times you let the dynamics of a specific situation make you angry

Maybe it was something someone said, something they did, or something they failed to do. 

Notice how consumed you became by it and how difficult it was to let it go. Without realizing it, the situation was all you could think about.

This is what I refer to as an energy leak—situations when you let others hijack your energy. 

So the question is: what do we do when these situations occur?
