Change, of any kind, creates uncertainty and anxiety. 

Change is nothing new. And yet most of the time, we fight it.

This begs the question: Why?

Change stirs up a ton of emotions:

  • Not knowing what to expect makes a lot of people anxious.
  • Change disrupts our normal routine. 
  • We imagine something going wrong and if it does, what will others think?
