Leaders have a responsibility to champion growth for their team and their business. 

That responsibility starts by teaching your team to ask some core questions of themselves.

Reflective thinking provides valuable insight. 

When you encourage your team to stop and think long enough to evaluate their progress, you give them permission to make the necessary adjustments that will move them closer to the results they desire.

Now that we’re halfway through the year, create the space for your team to reflect back on the past six months.
